What skills and experience we're looking for

The Governors are keen to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant who:

Can support teaching and learning across the school
Is committed to high standards of attainment and behaviour
Has a proven track record of implementing successful intervention programmes
Can provide short term cover in classes across the school as required (e.g. ECT, PPA and staff absence)
Has a flexible and supportive approach to changing demands

Excellent communication skills
Experience of working with children with SEND
Experience of supporting EAL children (desirable)
Must have a level 4 HLTA qualification or Level 3 NVQ
