Working pattern

Full time: This is a split role - 18 hours per week HLTA and 12 hours per week TA3. This position is 30 hours per week, term time only plus 5 days.

What skills and experience we're looking for

We’re looking for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant tosupport the delivery of literacy interventions acrossour school. This role is about working directly withpupils who need help with reading, vocabulary, andcomprehension, helping them to build the skills andconfidence they need to access the curriculum andsucceed in their learning. The ideal candidate would fulfil the split role of a Higher Level Teaching Assistant 3 days per week and then a Teaching Assistant L3 for 2 days per week.
