Clarion Academy Trust are seeking to appoint two competent and forward thinking HLTAs to join our successful SEND team at Pakefield High School, Lowestoft. One role will have a specific focus on SEND Interventions, with the other on Education and Health Care Plan Compliance.
You will complement the professional work of teachers by taking responsibility for agreed learning activities under an agreed system of supervision. You will be someone who understands and enjoys working with young people, is well organised, flexible, adaptable and enjoys variety in your work. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to motivate students and gain their respect.
