  • Part time - Ideally 3 days per week; days and hours are negotiable but need to be during the school core hours 08:00-16:00. Also flexibility in changing them when required. Term time only.
• Contract type: Fixed term - August 2023
• Full-time equivalent salary: 24,294
• Actual salary: £8,753.92 pa
• Pay scale: Pay Scale: NJC point 7

What skills and experience we're looking for

We wish to appoint a dedicated, hard-working and motivated home school liaison worker. The contract will be term time only, fixed term, ending August 2024.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

To plan, promote and deliver group work and courses for parents and carers, including evidence based parenting programmes.

To do direct work with families to embrace the changes necessary to improve the life chances of the children and promote effective parenting strategies.

To promote and facilitate parental understanding of the child’s needs and factors impacting on them.
