What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for an enthusiastic and strongly motivated individual to join our experienced team as Home School Link Worker. The successful candidate will be working with families, children and the school to provide early intervention, signposting, support and guidance, particularly in times of change and stress. The Home School Link Worker will provide a link between home and school that ensure good, consistent and effective communication between the two. The Home School Link Worker needs to develop strong partnerships with outside agencies and form positive working relationships with families to enable effective support for pupils, students and their families. They will need to develop a good understanding of the complex needs of our learners and their families.
