The Home School Support Worker (HSSW) will play a key role in the day to day offer from the Pastoral Team by supporting Heads of year to ensure students are supported and safeguarded. The HSSW will work with families along with some mentoring of students and assisting the pastoral team.

This position would be suitable for someone with recent experience with working with young people or has a passion for supporting young people. The ability to speak a second language, or to use sign language would be advantageous.
