House Lead job summary
The House Lead will have operational responsibility for the following areas within their House:
• Behaviour, Attendance, Safety and Welfare of Students
• Deployment of staff to ensure effective teaching and learning
• Quality assuring the implementation of school wide systems and processes
• To work as part of the Middle Leadership team with the Senior Leadership Team to strategically lead and manage the school
