Salary: NJC L4 pts 9 -14 (£23,689 - £25,676)

Overview of the job
The job is a role working at Challney High School for Girls in Luton, to provide administrative support to the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team and working closely with the Trust’s Central HR Team. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, enthusiasm and a keen eye for detail. Previous experience of working in an office environment is required and working in HR is desirable.
If you feel you have the right mix of good communicational skills, a general understanding of HR practices and can work as part of a team, then we would welcome an application from you. You need to have a flexible approach to working hours, high standards and a positive attitude.

Full training, support and induction will be provided.
