HR Administrator – Chiltern Learning Trust
Location: Lea Manor High School, Luton
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours of work: 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (Term time plus 5 training days)
Salary: NJC L4 pts 9 -14 (£21,833 per annum actual starting salary)
Training: Full training and support will be provided

Overview of the job
We are looking for someone to provide a range of administrative duties to ensure that a comprehensive support service is provided to the Trust. This is a key post within the Trust which requires dedication and a highly efficient and responsible approach. You will be working within Lea Manor High School in Luton, Bedfordshire.
If you feel you have the right mix of good communicational skills, a general understanding of HR practices and can work as part of a team, then we would welcome an application from you. You need to have a flexible approach to working hours, high standards and a positive attitude.
The successful candidate would work 37 hours per week, however, the actual hours of work are negotiable.

Full training, support and induction will be provided.
