We are looking to appoint an organised and proactive HR Administrator to join our Central HR Team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a Trust that values professionalism, collaboration and high-quality support services.

As an HR Administrator, you will provide a high-quality, efficient and confidential HR support service across our Trust. You will play a key role in supporting recruitment, maintaining HR records, and ensuring accurate and compliant HR administration. Working closely with the HR Team, school leaders and external partners, you will contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of HR operations.

The successful candidate will have previous administrative or HR experience, strong organisational skills, and a high level of attention to detail. You should be confident using IT systems, able to manage competing priorities, and demonstrate a professional and discreet approach when handling sensitive information. A CIPD Level 3 qualification (or equivalent experience) and an understanding of HR processes and employment legislation would be advantageous.
