HR Administrator job summary
Diocese of Ely Multi-Academy Trust (DEMAT)
is seeking to appoint a HR Administrator to join our central HR team.
HR Administrator
Payscale: £26,500 to £28,500 per year
35 hours a week, 52 weeks per year (part time will be considered)
Commencing: As soon as possible
Location: Hybrid – working from home and Ely office, with occasional travel to our academies
We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our friendly, supportive and committed HR team in support of our 39 primary academies.
About You
To be successful in this new role, you will have:
administration experience, ideally within a HR team;
excellent communication and customer service skills;
organisation/time management skills with evidence of ability to prioritise a busy workload;
IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft and database/systems;
a high level of attention to detail;
ideally experience and knowledge of an education environment.

The HR team ispart of a wider central team offering advice and support to our academies across a number of functions including HR, Finance, Facilities and Governance.
