Salary – Scale E – Point 7 - 11 £17,561 - £18,779 actual per annum
29 HPW (hours negotiable) over 5 days - TT + 4

We are seeking to recruit a HR Administrator to work within the Operations department at Central Services based at Dereham Sixth Form College.
The key skills required for the post are:
Flexibility and ability to work under own initiative
Proficient in a wide range of office skills including use of Microsoft Office.
Confidentiality is an important part of the role with particular regard to maintaining data involved with data protection
Able to prioritise work and meet deadlines
Good organisational skills.
A welcoming and calm personality.
Trustworthy, reliable, tactful and flexible
Keen to learn and develop professionally
