About the role
We’re looking for an HR Advisor to provide expert, comprehensive support across our Trust, which includes four academies and a Central Services team. As part of a dedicated, specialist HR team undergoing a transformation to become an excellent service provider, you’ll play a key role in driving HR innovation and forward-thinking solutions. In this role, you will manage employee relations, absence and leave and oversee day-to-day HR operations with professionalism and precision. You’ll build trusted, collaborative relationships with colleagues and school leaders, ensuring all employee relations matters are handled fairly, consistently and confidentially. Your work will strictly adhere to employment law, safeguarding requirements and the Trust’s policies and procedures, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to best practice in education.

What we are looking for
We’re looking for a CIPD-qualified HR professional with solid experience as a HR Advisor, preferably within the education sector. You’ll have strong knowledge of UK employment law, safeguarding, and safer recruitment practices, along with proven expertise in managing employee relations, absence and performance matters fairly, confidentially and professionally. Experience supporting day-to-day HR operations is essential. You’ll be an excellent communicator with the ability to build trusted relationships across teams. Above all, you’ll bring a proactive and innovative approach, eager to contribute to the transformation and continuous improvement of HR services across the Trust.
