Part time equivalent: £10,19.24 / £15,288.60 - £11,468.80 / £17,203.20

St Ralph Sherwin Catholic Multi Academy Trust are seeking to appoint an experienced HR Advisor to join our friendly, hardworking team.

The Role

You will be involved in all aspects of HR, providing a timely and proactive, customer focused HR service to Head Teachers and other senior leaders within Schools. You will support Academies both via the HR Helpdesk and face to face, ensuring compliance with employment law, policies and procedures. You will be providing consistent HR advice and support to help facilitate successful case outcomes.

The Individual

You will be CIPD qualified (or working towards), with proven experience within an HR function, managing casework effectively, ideally within an Education setting. You will have demonstrable experience of HR and recruitment and selection procedures.

You will need to be highly organised, with the ability to multi task and maintain strong attention to detail. You will have strong communication skills with the ability to demonstrate a sensitive approach to confidential matters, coupled with strong ICT skills. Whilst being a Catholic is not a requirement for this role, you must be willing to support the Catholic life and ethos in our academies.
