White Hills Park Trust comprises six successful schools across Nottinghamshire, three primary, two secondary (one including a sixth form) and one special school. It’s an exciting time as the Trust is embarking on a period of steady growth with further schools joining us soon.

We are looking for a dynamic individual to become part of our small HR team. We are part of a friendly, supportive and lively central team and we are looking for a confident, flexible and ambitious individual to join us in providing an exceptional HR service to our schools. As HR Advisor, you will provide professional advice and guidance to school leaders on policies and procedures, terms and conditions and other HR related issues. You will work closely with the HR Director and be responsible for the strategic and proactive case management of long and short-term sickness absences and advising on a range of other employee relation matters.

We are looking for an individual who:
- Has significant experience of providing high quality advice to senior leaders on a range of HR issues.
- Has significant experience of successfully managing their own case load, from end to end.
- Is confident, knowledgeable and able to adapt their style to a range of different audiences.
- Wishes to develop their skills and knowledge further and is committed to their own continuous professional development.
- Is flexible and able to demonstrate both critical and creative thinking.
- Works well in a team and will make a positive contribution.
Further details about the role
It is not essential that you have experience in the field of Education, as training will be provided. We welcome applications from candidates from all industries who can bring diverse skills to the team, and who are interested in working in an education setting.
