We are seeking to appoint a HR Advisor to support the schools within our

an exciting opportunity to join our friendly and supportive team. You will provide expert guidance on a range of
human resources matters.
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified (minimum
level 5) or be working towards the qualification. You will have substantial experience in
a human resources role in education and will preferably have led a team.
Experience in dealing with employee relations case management
is needed. You will have the ability to keep up with employment legislation and
best practice and apply that knowledge to the day-to-day operations within the
You will have a good working knowledge of payroll processes
and associated pension procedures in regard to Teachers and Local Government
