HR and Projects Administrator job summary
The Diamond Learning Partnership Trust (DLPT) is looking for an organised and proactive HR and Projects Administrator to join our fast-paced and supportive HR team. If you are looking to develop your career in HR/people management, supporting 15 academies and over 650 employees across multiple locations then this is a great career move for you.
This is a varied job where no two days are the same. Responsible for your own family of schools within the Trust, you’ll be making a difference from day one, providing essential HR administration to them as well as overseeing safeguarding checks and assisting with recruitment. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to key Trust-wide projects.
You will be a team player, with strong attention to detail, experienced administration skills, excellent IT skills, and a passion for people and organisation. Whether you're an experienced HR administrator or looking to start a career in HR, we offer full training and career development, including CIPD study opportunities at apprentice level.
