What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint a professional, bright and enthusiastic HR Assistant to work alongside the Bursar in a busy Finance and HR office. You will have excellent inter-personal skills and be able to show initiative. The successful candidate will have determination, a positive attitude, a good sense of humour and good attention to detail.

Duties include but are not limited to managing the recruitment process, maintaining the school’s single central record, and recording payroll processes. You will need to be flexible and organised individual, able to cope in a busy environment and deal with constantly changing priorities.

Experience of working with Hampshire County Councils Integrated Business Centre and Tucasi would be an advantage, but not essential as training will be provided.
