What skills and experience we're looking for

Outwood Grange Academy seeks a professional, confident individual to join our Business Services Team as HR Assistant. We are looking for someone who is highly organised, professional, approachable and flexible and who displays excellent communication skills. The role requires working at pace and the ability to prioritise and work well under pressure.

The successful candidate will come from an administrative background. Previous HR experience would be an advantage although it is not essential as full training will be given.
