HR Assistant job summary

Job Overview:

This role is responsible for delivering the end-to-end HR transactional processing during all stages of the employee life cycle, ensuring we deliver excellent service for our people always striving for best practice. Working closely with our payroll team, this role will also ensure that our HRMIS system is correct to ensure timely and accurate pay. As part of this role, you will be expected to maintain good client relations and have a flexible approach.

About you:
You must have a basic understanding of employment legislation, along with familiarity in payroll processes, legislation, and calculations. Experience using HRIS systems, particularly Edupay, is preferred. You should be comfortable working to KPIs and have previous experience in a customer-facing role, ensuring excellent service and support to both employees and management.
