What skills and experience we're looking for
This is an exciting opportunity for you to join the Trust at the beginning of a journey of transition to develop and grow the Catholic Academy Trust from 17 schools to 68 schools by 2030.
We are looking for an experienced, versatile, generalist HR Business Partner to provide high quality operational workforce support to ensure best practice people management across the Trust, contributing to the development and implementation of a robust framework of employment policies and practices. You will partner with key stakeholders across the Trust and proactively identify areas for improvement and provide strategic solutions to complex organisational development and workforce change initiatives.
We are undergoing an intensive period of change as continue to develop our new in-house HR service, and you would be an integral influence in shaping those activities.

We are part of the Diocese of Salford and our schools span the local areas of Bolton, Bury, Rochdale, Salford and Wigan. Our Trust began in 2017, and we currently comprise six schools, four primary and two secondary. Over the coming months and years, we anticipate more Catholic schools to join us on our journey.
