HR Business Partner job summary
Job Title: HR Business Partner
Responsible to: Head of HR
Hours of work: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year (term time + INSET + 4 weeks can be considered)
Pay Range: M2:37 - M2:40 (£46,731 - £49,764 FTE) plus fringe allowance
Location: This role can be based from one of our two central offices located in Chorleywood or Hatfield, with regular travel to schools across our Trust to provide on-site support. There is an expectation that the team will come together in the central offices in Chorleywood for up to two days per week.
We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our central HR team and take the lead on employee relations within our growing family of schools. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and play a key role in shaping the employee experience across the Trust.
In this role, you’ll not only lead on employee relations but also have the chance to get involved in strategic HR projects, driving change and contributing to key initiatives that support our staff and students. You’ll be working in a collaborative environment where your ideas and expertise will help shape the future of our people strategy.
