We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Business Partner to join our team, working closely with our school leaders to provide expert HR support across the Trust. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional with a broad operational background to make a real impact.

As a key member of our HR team, you will play a vital role in supporting Headteachers and senior leaders with a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, workforce planning, and policy implementation. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring best practices are followed and helping to foster a positive, high-performing work environment.
