What skills and experience we're looking for
This is an exciting opportunity for you to join the Trust at the beginning of a journey of transition to develop and grow the Catholic Academy Trust from 14 schools to 68 schools by 2030.
We are looking for an experienced, versatile, generalist HR Business Partner to provide high quality operational workforce support to ensure best practice people management across the Trust, contributing to the development and implementation of a robust framework of employment policies and practices. You will partner with key stakeholders across the Trust and proactively identify areas for improvement and provide strategic solutions to complex organisational development and workforce change initiatives.
We are undergoing an intensive period of change as we introduce a new iTrent HRIS and continue to develop our new in-house HR service, and you would be an integral influence in shaping those activities.
