What skills and experience we're looking for
Core purpose
- Work with leaders across to Trust to support and drive all people related processes e.g. Performance management, workforce planning etc.
- Ensure that the organisation is statutorily compliant in all HR Practice.
- Embed a framework of best practice which proactively responds to the organisational priorities.
- Create and maintain an organisation where staff want to work and feel encouraged to grow and continuously develop in their profession.
- Provide HR solutions which are responsive, balanced, fair and compassionate to the requirements of our employees and managers.
- Maintain and grow partnerships with other stakeholders supporting the ethos of the Trust.
- Embed a development model which enables managers to confidentially respond to HR issues in accordance with best practice.
- Supervise HR Assistant.
- Deputise for the Director of People in their absence.
