Location: Hybrid - remote working 2 days and office based 3 days at 163 Eversholt St, London NW1 1BU. From January 2025, Ed City, 1 Edcity Walk, Edcity, London W12 7TF.

We are seeking a self-motivated and organised HR Coordinator to provide comprehensive high-level HR administration support in all aspects of the employee lifecycle for education staff based in our academies. The work is fast-paced and varied, meaning no two days are the same. We are looking for a person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a brilliant team.

In this role, you will be required to provide confidential administrative support to the schools in the London and South Region to ensure the smooth running of the HR function. This includes comprehensive HR support to the schools including employee life cycle, onboarding/offboarding, administration of AET benefits and payroll. If you're a highly-skilled, forward-thinking team player with a passion for HR, then we're keen to hear from you!

In January 2025 we are moving our central office to EdCity, an innovative education hub in close proximity to White City and Wood Lane. Once there we will continue to operate a hybrid working policy with an expectation that during term time we spend three days per week either there or in our schools. During non-term time we offer complete flexibility of working location.
