What skills and experience we're looking for

Grade C or above in English and Mathematics GCSE or equivalent/relevant experience (Desirable)

Successful experience in HR and / or finance support (Essential)

Excellent ICT skills and the ability to effectively use databases(Essential)

Ability to communicate positively with internal and external stakeholders(Essential)

Excellent written and spoken communication skills(Essential)

Ability to prioritise and manage own work effectively(Essential)

Experience of working in an education setting (Desirable)

Experience of processing confidential information(Essential)

Understanding of GDPR requirements(Essential)

High level of organisational ability(Essential)

Experience in website coordination / management (Desirable)

Experience in school governance systems (Desirable)

Ability to work as part of a team and to develop and maintain positive relationships with staff (Essential)

Ability to use own initiative to work flexibly and respond positively to a range of situations (Essential)

Good interpersonal skills (Essential)

Reliable, responsible and conscientious (Essential)

A ‘can do’ approach and positive attitude to innovation and change (Essential)

Safeguard and promote welfare of children and young people and follow school polices and staff code of conduct (Essential)

Enhanced DBS check carried out on appointment (Essential)

Any other duties within the remit of the post as may be required (Essential)
