What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint an organised HR Lead to join the support staff team who will lead on the management of all HR, employment and employee matters for the school. Key priorities of the role will include providing advice and guidance in the implementation of policy & procedures, management of the staff recruitment process and be responsible for the management of payroll and pensions. Working with staff and external agencies will form an integral part of the role.
