We're looking for an ambitious, progressive and focused 'people person' to join our HR team in an exciting new role.
We have just created a role which will be central to our approach to how we train and develop our teaching and support staff across the Trust. Learning and Development is an important step on our journey at Harbour Learning Trust as we want to invest in the talented, dedicated and caring staff that we already have across our schools to ensure they have opportunities to develop through great professional CPD, leadership and personal development and succession planning.
We're at the start of our journey but are looking for someone who is a natural relationship builder with drive, initiative and passion for working with people to join us. There will be plenty of opportunities to support and develop across a wide range of our HR work, but we recognise that you might already be working in L&D, or have had some experience and are looking for a move into this specialism of HR, either avenue works for us so please apply if you think you can help us to forge ahead on our journey!
