Reporting into the Trust Business Manager this exciting role is to provide a comprehensive HR service at Notre Dame High School, Norwich. You will be the first point of contact for all HR matters, liaising with the Head of HR and Trust Business Manager, the School Leadership Team and our external HR provider as necessary. This is a job share with another highly experienced professional.

What skills and experience are required

The successful candidate will ideally have Schools HR experience with a successful track record in generalist HR. You will be highly organised, pro-active and a strong communicator with an ability to build strong working relationships.
