HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Full-time Actual Salary:            £51,642 pa
Term-time Actual Salary:         £45,164.46
Hours of work:                               37 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 16:30 ½ hour lunch (16:00 Friday)
                                                                 In addition, attendance at Governors’ Personnel Meetings 6 times a year 17:00 to 18:30
Contract (term-time):                 Term time plus 10 days

We are looking to appoint an experienced HR Manager to provide professional and comprehensive HR support across our two campuses; located in Newport Pagnell and Olney.

Reporting to the Headteacher, you will be responsible for providing strategic advice and guidance to the School’s Senior Leadership Team, along with a full portfolio of professional HR services; including policy development, compliance, contract management, recruitment, retention. In addition to leading and developing the school associate staff teams.

The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified and will have a demonstrable track record in HR management at senior level and the ability to work under pressure.  In addition they will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office and HR Information systems. Experience of working in education would be an advantage.
