As an HR Officer, you'll be at the heart of our HR function, providing expert advice and support across a range of HR areas, from recruitment and employee relations to absence management and wellbeing. You’ll have the chance to guide, coach, and develop managers, helping to build strong leadership across the Trust.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and advise on complex HR matters, from disciplinaries to performance management.
- Drive the development and implementation of innovative HR initiatives to boost employee engagement.
- Play a key role in safeguarding, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.
- Oversee the recruitment process, supporting the attraction and onboarding of new talent.
- Champion health and wellbeing initiatives, supporting staff to thrive in their roles.
