The role
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled HR Officer to join our team at Matrix Academy Trust. The main purpose of the role is to support the HR Director and provide all aspects of a comprehensive HR support service across the Trust.
Key responsibilities include managing sickness absence, ensuring that Trust Policies are being adhered to, assisting Central Team Managers with employee relations and collating and analysing data.
This role is based from Matrix Head Office however, you will be required to travel across all Trust School sites as required and therefore, you will need daily access to a vehicle.
About you
We are looking for someone who is passionate about HR and committed to the continual development of HR policies and processes across the Trust. Required skills and experience include:
- Minimum qualification of CIPD Level 5 (or working towards);
- At least one years’ experience in a HR based role;
- Being able to be proactive and prioritise own workload;
- Having up to date knowledge on HR and legislation.
