What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead on HR Operational matters including advising staff and managers, recruitment and retention, employee relations matters, workforce wellbeing and managing the HR Administrator.
You will need a CIPD level 5 qualification or equivalent, substantial experience in a HR operational role as a Manager or Business Partner and up to date employment law knowledge.
