What skills and experience we're looking for
Currently with 23 schools, the East Midlands Education Trust represents the full educational age range of 3 - 19 including an alternative education provider. Our Central Services Team are now seeking to appoint a HR Recruitment & Administration Officer to cover maternity. Our aim is to provide high quality HR administrative support to our schools, focusing on recruitment and payroll.
Working in a fast-paced environment, you need to be highly organised and have a high attention to detail. The postholder must be a strong administrator and have the ability to learn and apply employment law consistently. Previous HR experience or training would be a distinct advantage.
