The Prince Albert Community Trust (PACT) are looking to appoint a Recruitment Officer to join our centralised and supportive HR team of six. The successful candidate will lead on recruitment within the HR Department, with specific responsibility for coordinating all recruitment activity across the Trust. Experience of working within a HR, or a Recruitment environment, in the education sector would be advantageous but is not essential.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing our end-to-end recruitment activities, working collaboratively and proactively with our Trust/School Leaders and the HR Team, to ensure an excellent experience and service is provided for both candidates and our stakeholders. This role is key to supporting the development of the People Recruitment strategy, ensuring safer recruitment is adhered to at all stages of the process, whilst supporting the Trust to achieve its goal of being an Employer of Choice. In addition to reviewing, updating, and implementing new processes and procedures to deliver timely and seamless recruitment campaigns, you will support with the development of talent identification and attraction, promoting opportunities within our Trust, and review our shortlisting and selection activities to ensure an equity-based process. HOURS OF WORK AND LOCATION:
The position is full time, Term-time only plus two weeks during the school holidays. Applications for part-time/job share will be considered. Based predominately within our centralised HR team located in Sutton Coldfield, some travel to our schools and recruitment events will be required. Following successful completion of our settling in period, hybrid working of 2 days from home will be considered.
