Post 1: HR Support staff
Location: Central Services (currently based within Barbara Priestman Academy 6th form)
Grade: Grade D, PT5 – PT6Salary: £10,333 - £10,503 (this is actual paid salary when working 18.5 hours per week, term-time plus 5 days).
Hours: 18.5 hours, TTO (39 weeks).
Working hours can be discussed further at interview.Contract Term: Permanent
Post 2: HR Support Staff
Location: Central Services (currently based within Barbara Priestman Academy 6th form)
Grade: Grade D, PT5 – PT6Salary: £23,500 - £23,893
Hours: 37 hours, all year round
Contract Term: Maternity cover
We are seeking to appoint enthusiastic and highly motivated HR Support Colleagues to provide HR support services across the Trust. The successful candidates will undertake a range of duties as necessary in relation to HR, under the direction of the Trainee HR Manager.
The successful candidates will be efficient, have experience in using a range of computer packages, be able to communicate at all levels and possess highly developed organisational skills.
Candidates will possess a minimum of GCSE A*-C or equivalent in Maths and English.

• Significant experience in an administration role

Barbara Priestman Academy is for students aged 11-19 years with an Autistic Spectrum Disorder or complex learning difficulties. The academy’s greatest resource is its dedicated team of professionals who strive to provide the very best in education and well-being.
Our teaching staff, support staff and multi-disciplinary professionals are all trained in understanding autism and meeting the needs of students with complex needs. Through working in close partnership with parents, governors, businesses and the local community we provide an excellent educational experience for young people.
We offer a range of personalised curriculum pathways at 14 -19, including GCSEs, Level 3 courses, Entry Level courses and ASDAN qualifications. We also offer a range of vocational courses. The personal and social curriculum is underpinned by a broad range of accredited qualifications and/or experiences that develop independence skills, work based skills, interests and develop students citizenship.
