HR Systems & Data Apprentice job summary
We are looking
to recruit an ambitious, smart, and motivated individual to join our HR function
within the Central Team. The post holder will be our super user
supporting our new HR system ‘EveryHR’.
You will be responsible for making
sure that our HR data is accurate, and compliant, and that we can report out meaningful data from the system. You will also be providing guidance and training as necessary to our
academies ensuring they are supported in their understanding of the HR system
and data requirements.
This post
offers the opportunity of on-the-job training whilst achieving Business
Administration Level 3 qualification.

Location: Home and Birmingham office, travel to our academies and other locations as necessary.
