What skills and experience we're looking for

Burstow are looking for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant.

We are seeking a highly skilled, conscientious HLTA to work with our children throughout KS1 and KS2. Excellent literacy and numeracy skills are essential. The successful candidate will be:

• able to work collaboratively with staff and be a good team player
• motivated, flexible, possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to use their own initiative
• relevant experience is essential and qualifications of at least NVQ 3 with HLTA status.

The hours will be 8:30 - 3:15 pm, Monday to Friday, term time only. Although there is an expectation that all INSET days will be attended.
