We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Executive Operations Manager to lead the operational delivery across our North East Hub. You will play a critical leadership role, driving excellence across business support functions – including finance, HR, estates, health & safety, administration, and more – to enable our schools to focus on what they do best: delivering outstanding education.

About the Role

As Executive Operations Manager, you will:

Provide visionary leadership to school support services across multiple academies

Act as a key member of Senior Leadership Teams where needed

Oversee financial operations, ensuring budget adherence and value for money

Drive effective human resource structures and talent development

Lead and support premises, facilities, and health & safety operations

Ensure compliance with statutory, GDPR, and safeguarding regulations

Collaborate with our central team to align local operations with Trust-wide strategy

About You

We are looking for:

Proven experience in operational or business leadership, preferably within education

Outstanding organisational, strategic thinking, and people management skills

A confident leader who shares our commitment to inclusive education and lifelong learning

Someone adept at stakeholder engagement and leading cross-functional teams
