Contract: 2 year FTC Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, term time + 1 week (40 weeks)Actual Starting Salary (calculated pro rata): £24,578 per annum Salaries are paid in 12 equal monthly instalments
An exciting opportunity has arisen within The Hastings Academy to create and deliver innovative education provision which will provide support for our most vulnerable students. The provision will support students in two specific areas;
- Young people experiencing emotionally based school avoidance
- Young people impacted by social, emotional and mental health difficulties
The ideal candidate will develop, co-ordinate, deliver and quality assure a programme of on-site provision for a targeted group of vulnerable students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. They will work fluidly with colleagues and stakeholders to create bespoke project provisions which will support learners to re-engage in their learning by effectively meeting their identified needs. This is a new, rewarding and dedicated leadership role -working with two Behaviour Support Assistants, ensuring the provision meets its project objectives and delivers significant benefits to our students
