Human Resource Administrator job summary

We have an exciting opportunity to appoint a Human Resource Administrator to provide professional, high quality HR Admin support for all schools within the Trust. The post holder will work alongside the Trust HR Lead to support the efficient and effective delivery of HR services. The successful applicant work within the central team providing HR Administration Support across the Trust. The post holder will be required to work to deadlines and deal with sensitive day to day employee relations queries. Excellent organisational skills are essential in order to handle the variety of tasks required to be undertaken.

We are a growing Multi-Academy Trust consisting of 9 schools (five secondary schools and four primary schools), all rated 'Good' or 'Outstanding' by Ofsted.

Hours of Work: 30 Hours Per Week, Term Time Only (39 Weeks Per Year)
