30 hours per week - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday
Non-working day Thursday (could be negotiable)
Term Time plus 4 weeks

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Human Resources team at Broad Horizons Education Trust which currently operates 18 academies in and around Norwich – 3 secondary schools, 2 specialist schools and 13 primaries.
The Human Resources Administrator role will provide a full administration service to the HR department including the issuing of contracts of employment, dealing with changes to employment, together with general HR administration. The post holder will be based at Broad Horizons Education Trust, central office, which is located at Sewell Park Academy. The successful candidate will be required to work independently at times as well as part of a wider team. Attention to detail as well as the ability to work to tight deadlines is essential.
