Human Resources Administrator job summary
We are searching for a part-time Human Resources Administrator to join us as soon as possible on a permanent basis.
We are looking for:
An organised and enthusiastic individual able to offer strong administrative support in a variety of tasks. With excellent communication skills you will organise recruitment programmes liaising with candidates and internal staff, carry out a range of safeguarding checks to ensure our compliance with the Safer Recruitment Guidelines for Schools and keep our HR databases accurate and up to date.
You will be confident working independently as part of our Human Resources team and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively to meet deadlines, with excellent levels of attention to detail and accuracy and a can do approach.
HOURS: 30 hours per week to be worked Monday to Friday, term-time only plus 5 days pro rata during the school holiday and 5 training days pro rata.
SALARY: £18562.00 - £18933.00 gross pa (£9.62 - £9.81 per hour), pro rata for part-time, term-time. Starting salary equates to £13161.73 gross pa.
