Alongside five other HR colleagues you will support the Trust’s leadership teams and all other departments across the Trust with a full range of employment matters. You will be passionate about HR and eager to support the delivery of the Trust’s HR strategy in a way that supports customer service and excellent people practice.

The HR Advisor will work closely with the HR Manager, providing professional and strategic HR advice to support all levels of staff within the School community. Key delivery areas will include generalist HR advice, advising on policies and procedures, terms and conditions of employment and employee relations casework such as disciplinaries and grievances,. You will support with managing staff attendance including occupational health referrals, provide HR data, assist with HR projects, and support colleagues with transactional and non-transactional HR.

You will need to hold the Level 5 CIPD qualification (or equivalent), or be working towards it, and be committed to your own personal career development.

The main base for this post is currently at our Ashton Park School campus, however you will be required to work at, and need to be able to travel between the other local campuses.
