We have an opportunity for an Interim Human Resources Advisor to come and work with our amazing People Team at a really exciting time for Bright Futures. Our newly developed people strategy is bold in its ambitions, and we need great people professionals to help us achieve our goals. You will work alongside our senior leaders and their teams supporting them to deliver effective people solutions. You will help support our managers to become talented leaders of people and ensure we are delivering against our agreed people metrics.

You will be an experienced generalist who is values-driven and enjoys working in a fast-paced, agile environment.

This role is term time plus 1 week.

As a HR Advisor, you will:

  • Support senior leaders in the day-to-day management of their people in line with our Trust policies.
  • Provide an expert professional advice service to leaders across the Trust.
  • Support managers in meetings and formal discussions as required.
  • Support and advise on recruitment queries.
  • Provide support to the monthly payroll processes.
  • Liaise with our external Occupational Health and Employee Assistance Programme providers.
  • Advise on and ensure that we are delivering our people interventions in line with our equality, diversity, and inclusion objectives.
  • Produce HR metrics.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience as a HR Advisor in a large, complex organisation.
  • Expertise in supporting managers with a range of people queries.
  • Experience of developing policies in line with best practice and legislative changes.
  • Experience working with other stakeholders and partners.
  • Working with trade unions to support colleagues.
  • A demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
