Human Resources Assistant
(Based at The Mandeville School)
37 hours per week/44 weeks per year
Bucks Pay Range 3 – actual salary £26,865 to £28,818
(equivalent to £28,129 to £30,174 for full time)

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated person to join our friendly and committed Human Resources Team.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer (CPO), you will be involved in the full employee lifecycle, from recruiting and on-boarding of new staff right through to managing leavers. We will encourage you to develop new skills and expand your opportunities within the Trust.
The HR team work very closely in a fast-paced environment and are committed to attracting, retaining and developing a professional self- disciplined and ambitious workforce dedicated to delivering positive outcomes for all our students. Working flexibly as part of the team, this role will provide efficient administrative support ensuring an effective day to day HR service.
