What skills and experience we're looking for
- Demonstrable commitment to raising attainment of all pupils in a challenging classroom environment
- Excellent understanding of both subject and general teaching pedagogy
- Be or demonstrate the potential to become an outstanding teacher
- Ability to teach history, geography and RE
- Effective and systematic behaviour management
- Knowledge of the national secondary education system, examinations and curriculum
- Qualified to teach and work in the UK
- A degree in History, Geography, RE or a related subject
- Genuine passion for teaching Humanities subjects
- Motivated and resilient with a commitment to achieving excellence
