Due to the promotion of the current post holder, Headlands School needs you to join our strong and committed Humanities Department.

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding individual who is able to teach across the Humanities subjects. As a classroom practitioner you will be able to demonstrate you are a committed team player and that you can enthuse, engage, motivate and challenge our students to raise their achievement regardless of their prior attainment.

The post holder will recognise that excellent practitioners can teach across the age and ability range. With excellent communication skills, and experience of effectively implementing strategies to develop teaching and learning within your own classroom. The successful candidate will be a highly organised individual with the ability to lead initiatives, introduce new strategies and evaluate their impact on outcomes.
