Humanities Teacher (maternity cover) job summary
We are looking for a full-time dynamic and talented teacher of humanities to join our school to start after Easter on a maternity cover contract. The timetable will be predominantly
history but we would welcome interest from applicants who are also able to offer sociology although it is not essential.. This will be 1.0 FTE.

Lavington School is a mixed comprehensive school and currently has 850 students on roll, aged 11 to 18. It is situated on the western edge of the village of Market Lavington, about six miles south of Devizes, in the heart of rural Wiltshire. Numbers on roll have grown over the years with the school being over-subscribed. In 2018 the school opened its Sixth Form as a satellite centre of Devizes School.
